Because mayonnaise recipes are never enough, here I have a delish low fat, high protein vegan white beans mayonnaise for you guys to enjoy either as a spread along with some herbs, or as a mac’n cheese sauce, or as a pasta salad sauce or simply for a potato salad, because this mayonnaise/sauce is both versatile and delicious!
LOW FAT, HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN WHITE BEANS MAYONNAISE!
INGREDIENTS:
1½ cup of cooked and drained white beans
½ cup of tofu
1 large onion, sautéed
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
I taste salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of water
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice or 1 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
