Blueberry Oatmeal:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 1/4 cup of plant milk (I used oat)
2 tbsp of brown sugar/sugar substitute
1 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of frozen and fresh berries
Caramelized Bananas
1 banana
1-2 tbsp of vegan butter
1 tbsp of brown sugar or coconut sugar
Add the butter to a skillet over low-medium heat. Once melted, add in the brown sugar. Stir for 2-3 mins and add in the sliced bananas. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 mins until caramelized on both sides
